Description

Barbute Helmet called sallet to Venetian, very widespread in the fifteenth century, worn by both infantry that riders. Derived from the pelvis, but always without camaglio.

Attached to the head marked by a rib midway between the hairline and neck. Open face "U", which leaves the face uncovered.

Entirely made of wrought iron hand.
