This helmet replica is based on Germanic Spangenhelmen from around 500 AD. Typical for this era is the pointed helmet shape as well as nasal and cheek flaps.

The helmet has a very comfortable leather inlay with a chin strap.

Due to the processing method (overlapping clasps), we classify this helmet as conditionally battle-ready.
