Medieval leather pouch with a Celtic cross

This bag made of light nappa leather is closed with a strong leather strap, which is pulled through the riveted straps.

Leather pouches of this type were used throughout the Middle Ages as purses (so-called purses) or to store various small items.

A thick piece of leather with a punched Celtic cross is sewn on the front.
