Articulated arm protections made of iron plates fully connected to each other and mobile.
The purpose of this arm armor is to allow the arm to bend while also enabling it to rotate.
To achieve this, the forearm protection (or forearm cannon) is actually made of two parts: one fixed and one movable.
These arm defenses allow the arm to bend and move freely, ensuring optimal protection and comfort.
At the shoulders, the arm armor was attached to the gambeson or connected to additional plate armor using leather straps. A buckle on the strap was then riveted to the pauldron.
These arm armors are also suitable for full-contact combat (buhurt); however, a material thickness of 1.5 mm is required.
Products B001 and B002 have the inner part of the elbow “open,” and it is possible, if desired, to insert chainmail as protection. Products B003 and B004, on the other hand, feature an accordion system, so the inner part of the elbow is also closed and no part of the arm is exposed.

This product is entirely handmade by experienced Italian blacksmiths and craftsmen. Each piece is unique and custom-made according to the measurements provided by the customer. It is recommended to take measurements while wearing the clothing that will be used under the armor.
The material is carbon steel, polished (historical version) or blued; a stainless steel version with a thickness of 1 mm is also available.
For carbon steel, the thickness can be chosen by the customer: 1 mm, 1.2 mm, or 1.5 mm.
