Barbute Helmet - Barbuta Helmet

Barbute Helmet - Barbuta Helmet

Medieval Barbuta Helmet

Faithful reproduction of the 14th-century Barbuta, a typical helmet of medieval Italy inspired by the shape of the ancient Greek helmet (krános or Corinthian). Fitting close to the head and characterized by a midrib from forehead to nape, it represents an example of the rediscovery of Antiquity that influenced the Italian Renaissance.

Crafted entirely by hand by Italian artisans, this helmet combines historical quality, functionality, and attention to detail. It is designed to be fully wearable, ideal for both combat and medieval reenactments and performances.

An authentic, functional, and aesthetically refined medieval helmet, a symbol of the quality and excellence of Italian craftsmanship.
