Knights Templar Cuirass

One-piece steel body armor became popular in the second half of the 14th century, replacing chain mail and haubergeon as the standard torso protection for late medieval knights.

This reproduction recreates the classic silhouette of the one-piece cuirass using 1.2 mm thick carbon steel; it is designed for a chest circumference of up to 112 cm, offering a standard fit.

This armor was intended for the Knights Templar.

In addition to effectively protecting vital body parts, this type of armor often served as a means of identification.

Crafted from raw steel, it features a large brass Templar cross attached with rivets. The front and back sections are connected by adjustable leather straps.
