The scimitar is a saber of Near Eastern origin. With its deeply curved blade, the beautiful piece revives the battles between these Orientals, known as Saracens, and the European crusaders.
This scimitar has a classic, curved blade made of EN45 spring steel, which has a fuller. The blade is not sharpened. The slightly curved guard is made of brass. The finely crafted handle, including the pommel, is made of one piece of dark wood and the scabbard is made of black leather.
