Franconian Sword, SK-B Battle-Ready Sword

The design of this exceptionally light and well-balanced sword is inspired by the weapon of one of England’s greatest knights, Sir William Marshal, from the late 12th century. Marshal faithfully served the English Crown under Henry II, Richard the Lionheart, and King John Lackland. This sword was developed by the renowned swordsmith Paul Chen (Hanwei).

The tempered high-carbon steel blade extends through the pommel and is securely riveted at the end of the grip. The wooden handle is wrapped in leather for a comfortable and authentic grip. Both the crossguard and pommel are made of steel, and the tip has been rounded for safer training and reenactment use.

The sword includes a fiberglass-core scabbard for enhanced impact resistance. The scabbard is fitted with decorative metal fittings and comes with two leather straps for attachment.

The warranty covers only material and manufacturing defects (such as cracks in the blade or workmanship faults). It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or destructive handling.

Please also bear in mind that a practice sword is, by its nature, a piece of equipment subject to wear and tear through use.
