This product completely covers the shoulder and features an authentic square face cutout. In addition, the hood has a hinged triangular mouthguard to which a leather strap is sewn on the side. The mouthguard is lightly padded inside and covered in leather. This type of cotta was mainly popular in the early Middle Ages (for example with the Normans, the Crusaders).

This gorget surplice consists of round rings with round rivet heads. Every single ring is hand riveted. The braid is 4 in 1.
