European sword spreaded from XIIIth to XIVth century. It has a double-edged blade: broad just below the guard, it narrows more and more towards the tip that is really pointed, permitting more efficient thrusts. Polished metal guard with straight quillons, truncated cone-shaped hilt wrapped in black leather and disk-shaped pommel also in polished metal. Provided with a black leather-wrapped sheath reinforced by metal bands.
European Sword with scabbard, decoration sword
Replica of a high-medieval single-handed sword with characteristic disc-shaped pommel. The pommel is made of steel and connected to the tang with a thread.
The sword comes with a leather-wrapped wooden scabbard.
